  Comm process    Once we agree on the payment method and where we’ll communicate, I’ll add you to my Trello queue. After the sketch is approved (and any needed edits are made), I’ll move on to rendering the final piece. During this stage, I’ll send a few progress updates to make sure everything looks good to you and you’re always welcome to ask for extra updates anytime!  Trello queue    Important: Once I add you to my Trello queue, the reference images you sent will be visible to anyone who visits my Trello page. If you’re not comfortable with that, please let me know so I can keep your refs private.
I update my Trello board whenever there’s progress, but I always update clients privately first, the Trello page is mostly for my own organization.  Payment     Because I’m new to taking commissions, payment options are flexible for now.
You can pay upfront, after the first sketch update, or however we agree works best for both of us. All payments are handled through PayPal’s invoice system.  Turnaround time     I aim to complete commissions within a week of receiving them. This can vary depending on how full my queue is, if there are fewer than 5 clients ahead of you, your commission should be finished within about 7 days.  What do you get?     You’ll receive a PNG of your finished piece, a PSD file (for everything except multi-slot YCHs), and a timelapse of the artwork process.  What can you do with your commission?     You’re welcome to post, print, and use your commission on profiles, I’d appreciate a credit when possible. Commercial use is not allowed unless we’ve discussed and agreed to it beforehand.
Do not use my art for AI model training or any AI generated derivative works.
If you do, you will be blacklisted and I will take appropriate actions.  Refund policy     Refunds are only available before rendering begins.
